Here are a selection of documents that will be of use to anyone interested in seeing how our image archive project was put together.  Documents in .pdf format require Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing. You can download a free copy from Adobe's website.

Project Overview - 526 Kb .pdf document
We have prepared a detailed document detailing the history, aims and rationale behind this image archive project. This document is useful if you are interested in finding out how we went about constructing the archive. It is particularly useful for small museums that intend building their own online image archive. It details some of the decisions we had to make and why we made them.

Guide For Editors - 144Kb .pdf document
The editor is the person who has to input the images into the database. This guide is issued to editors to help them fill out the database entry for each image.

Guide For Collectors - 113 Kb .pdf document
The collector is the person who collects the image off of the donor. This guide is issued to collectors to help them fill out the donation sheet for each image.

Donation Sheet - 35 Kb .pdf document
This donation sheet must be filled out by the collector in conjunction with the image donor as each image is being donated to the archive.
