5. Individuals or organisations who wish to use images/prints from this website for public display or publication must seek and receive written permission from Waterford County Museum.
    
6. Waterford County Museum is a non-profit organisation and all proceeds from the sale of image/photographic prints on this website go towards the upkeep of the museum.
    
7. Waterford County Museum reserves the right not to accept the return of prints ordered through this website.

9. Due to the variable quality of images/photos contained within the collection, certain images may be deemed unsuitable for sale/printing. In this case museum staff may contact the purchaser to discuss possible options, which may include printing at a smaller scale in order to provide better image quality. The museum does it's utmost to ensure that prints are provided as scanned. In some cases slight cropping may occur. The museum does not correct scratches or tears etc which may exist in the original image/photo.
    
10. For copyright reasons all prints sold through this site are marked with an unobtrusive stamp in the corner. The sale of photos on this site does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights.
     
11. Waterford County Museum reserves the right to cancel &/or refund any orders.
