Maurice Fraher, Sportsman, Dungarvan
Portrait of Maurice Fraher (1894 - 1951) an all round sportsman from Dungarvan. He specialised in weight lifting. Maurice worked in his father's drapery shop (The Gaelic Outfitting Store, Grattan Square, Dungarvan). His father, Dan Fraher, was very influential in the founding of the GAA in Waterford.
