Portal Tomb At Ballynageeragh
An unidentified man and woman standing by a Portal Tomb(c.4000-2300), Ballynageeragh. The tomb was investigated and conserved in 1939-40. Cremated bone,flint, charcoal were found in the chamber and a cement wall was added to support the oval roofstone.
